The divisional handicap day tournament was held on the 14th December 2014 and our club players put in an outstanding performance.

All players were split into four groups and the top two from each group went through to a knock out round. Richard Tokeley, Rob Tokeley and Nicolas Pongourou all qualified from their group stages. Richard knocked out Nicolas in a Best Centre semi-final match. Rob won his semi final 2-1 meaning it was a Tokeley family final. Richard gave away 4 points in handicap to Rob however Rob won the first game without needing this advantage. The second game was incredibly close however Rob took the victory 2-0 winning the tournament and trophy.

The Divisional H/C day tournament really is a great event and we encourage all East Lancs League registered players to take part.

Don’t forget there is also an ELTTL Closed Championship tournament being held on 1st March 2015.
